叶片泵特性

1.可在压力设定下具有自动高速流量及补偿功能,比定量叶片泵功率损耗少,发热低,是一种节省能源的率叶片泵,为系统设计工程师在率的回路中佳选择。

2.运转平衡安静,特别适合机床和室内的要求。

3.内含压力调整机构,系统可以不要调压阀并且适用直接式电动机,装配容易。

4.备有多种不同压力及流量范围,可供任意选择。

叶片泵使用要点

1.为了使叶片泵可靠地吸油,其转速在500~1500r/min的范围,转速太低时,叶片不能紧压定子的内表面和吸油;转速太高则造成泵的“吸空”现象,泵的工作不正常。油的粘度要选用适当,粘度太大,吸油阻力;油液过稀,间隙影响,真空度不够,会对吸油造成不良影响。

2.叶片泵对油中的污物很敏感,工作可靠性较差,油液不清会使叶片卡死,因此注意油液良好过滤和环境清洁。

3.因泵的叶片有安装倾角,故转子只允许单向旋转,不应反向使用,否则会使叶片折断。

双联叶片泵

单作用:叶片是镶嵌在槽里的,可以自由滑动,当旋转产生时,叶片在离心作用下甩到泵壳上,叶片泵是容积泵,相邻的两个叶片运动到下边时与泵壳和转子封闭的容积较小,在上边时较大,当转子顺时针转动时,相邻两叶片经历从较下边到较上边的过程就是容积加大过程,所以吸油(从第四象限到第二象限);从较上到较下是容积减小过程,所以压油(从第二到第四象限)。

双作用:当电机带动转子沿转动时,叶片在离心力和叶片底部压力油的双重作用下向外伸出,其顶部紧贴在定子内表面上。处于四段同心圆弧上的四个叶片分别与转子外表面、定子内表面及两个配流盘组成四个密封工作油腔。这些油腔随着转子的转动,密封工作油腔产生由小到大或由大到小的变化,可以通过配流盘的吸油窗口(与吸油口相连)或排油窗口(与排油口相连)将油液吸入或压出。

叶片泵的吸油滤油器,应采用泵流量的两倍以上,允许吸人真空度不大于0.013Mpa。在系统中的回油管路上,应设置过滤精度不大于20~30μm的回油滤油器,当新安装的系统工作10~20h后,可将回油滤油器拆开,取出滤芯,其内部有氧化皮、电焊渣、铁屑、砂粒和橡胶碎块等杂质,这些杂物是安装系统时未清理净的或液压件内部存留的,经压力的振动和流体的冲击而集中在回油滤油器内,若无回油滤油器时,则全部集中在油箱下部。

液压油箱在液压系统中的主要作用为储油、散热、分离油中所含空气及泡沫。选用油箱首先要考虑其容

量,一般移动式设备取泵大流量的2~3倍,固定式设备取3~4倍;其次考虑油箱油位,当系统全部液压油缸伸出后油箱油面不得低于低油位,当油缸回缩以后油面不得高于高油位;后考虑油箱结构,传统油箱内的隔板并不能起沉淀脏物的作用,应沿油箱纵轴线安装一个垂直隔板。此隔板一端和油箱端板之间留有空位使隔板两边空间连通,液压泵的进出油口布置在不连通的一端隔板两侧,使进油和回油之间的距离远,液压油箱多起一些散热作用。
