REXROTH气动阀0820039061 力士乐气动阀  电磁阀（Electromagnetic valve）是用电磁控制的工业设备，是用来控制流体的自动化基础元件，属于执行器，并不限于液压、气动。用在工业控制系统中调整介质的方向、流量、速度和其他的参数。电磁阀可以配合不同的电路来实现预期的控制，而控制的精度和灵活性都能够保证。电磁阀有很多种，不同的电磁阀在控制系统的不同位置发挥作用，较常用的是单向阀、安全阀、方向控制阀、速度调节阀等。

电磁阀里有密闭的腔，在不同位置开有通孔，每个孔连接不同的油管，腔中间是活塞，两面是两块电磁铁，哪面的磁铁线圈通电阀体就会被吸引到哪边，通过控制阀体的移动来开启或关闭不同的排油孔，而进油孔是常开的，液压油就会进入不同的排油管，然后通过油的压力来推动油缸的活塞，活塞又带动活塞杆，活塞杆带动机械装置。这样通过控制电磁铁的电流通断就控制了机械运动。

 

气动阀：是一种直角回转结构，它与阀门定位设备配套使用，可实现比例调节； 气动阀较适用于各种调节场合，具有额定流量系数大，可调比大，密封效果好，调节性能灵敏，体积小，可竖卧安装。适用于控制气体、蒸汽、液体等介质。

该阀中的固定节流孔尺寸按设备的发动机较佳速度所需流量确定。若发动机速度超出此较佳范围，则节流小孔压降将增加，从而将卸载阀移位至小流量位置。因此大流量泵相邻的元件做成可对非常大流量节流的尺寸，故此回路能耗少、工作平稳且成本低

 

气动阀是一种气控液压阀，它用于泵进油节流，当设备的液压空载时，仅使较小流量（〈 18.9t/min）通过泵；而在有负载时，全流量吸入泵。如图10所示，这种回路可省去泵与原动机间的离合器，从而降低了成本，还减小了空载功耗，因通过回路的较小流量保持了设备的原动机功率。另外，还降低了泵在空载时的噪声。干式吸油阀回路可用于由内燃机驱动的任何车辆中开关式液压系统，例如垃圾装填卡车及工业设备。

电磁阀选型首先应该依次遵循安全性，可靠性，适用性，经济性四大原则，其次是根据六个方面的现场工况（即管道参数、流体参数、压力参数、电气参数、动作方式、特殊要求进行选择）。 选型依据： 1、根据管道参数选择电磁阀的：通径规格（即DN）、接口方式 1）按照现场管道内径尺寸或流量要求来确定通径（DN）尺寸； 2）接口方式，一般>DN50要选择法兰接口，≤DN50则可根据用户需要自由选择。 2、根据流体参数选择电磁阀的：材质、温度组 1）腐蚀性流体：宜选用耐腐蚀电磁阀和全不锈钢；食用超净流体：宜选用食品级不锈钢材质电磁阀； 2）高温流体：要选择采用耐高温的电工材料和密封材料制造的电磁阀，而且要选择活塞式结构类型的； 3）流体状态：大至有气态，液态或混合状态，特别是口径大于DN25时一定要区分开来； 4）流体粘度：通常在50cSt以下可任意选择，若超过此值，则要选用高粘度电磁阀。 3、根据压力参数选择电磁阀的：原理和结构品种 1）公称压力：这个参数与其它通用阀门的含义是一样的，是根据管道公称压力来定； 2）工作压力：如果工作压力低则必须选用直动或分步直动式原理；较低工作压差在0.04Mpa以上时直动式、分步直动式、先导式均可选用。 4、电气选择：电压规格应尽量优先选用AC220V、DC24较为方便。 5、根据持续工作时间长短来选择：常闭、常开、或可持续通电
