0820058001特价REXROTH气动阀 博世力士乐优异商品  电磁阀（Electromagnetic valve）是用电磁控制的工业设备，是用来控制流体的自动化基础元件，属于执行器，并不限于液压、气动。用在工业控制系统中调整介质的方向、流量、速度和其他的参数。电磁阀可以配合不同的电路来实现预期的控制，而控制的精度和灵活性都能够保证。电磁阀有很多种，不同的电磁阀在控制系统的不同位置发挥作用，较常用的是单向阀、安全阀、方向控制阀、速度调节阀等。

电磁阀里有密闭的腔，在不同位置开有通孔，每个孔连接不同的油管，腔中间是活塞，两面是两块电磁铁，哪面的磁铁线圈通电阀体就会被吸引到哪边，通过控制阀体的移动来开启或关闭不同的排油孔，而进油孔是常开的，液压油就会进入不同的排油管，然后通过油的压力来推动油缸的活塞，活塞又带动活塞杆，活塞杆带动机械装置。这样通过控制电磁铁的电流通断就控制了机械运动。

 

气动阀：是一种直角回转结构，它与阀门定位设备配套使用，可实现比例调节； 气动阀较适用于各种调节场合，具有额定流量系数大，可调比大，密封效果好，调节性能灵敏，体积小，可竖卧安装。适用于控制气体、蒸汽、液体等介质。

该阀中的固定节流孔尺寸按设备的发动机较佳速度所需流量确定。若发动机速度超出此较佳范围，则节流小孔压降将增加，从而将卸载阀移位至小流量位置。因此大流量泵相邻的元件做成可对非常大流量节流的尺寸，故此回路能耗少、工作平稳且成本低

 

气动阀是一种气控液压阀，它用于泵进油节流，当设备的液压空载时，仅使较小流量（〈 18.9t/min）通过泵；而在有负载时，全流量吸入泵。如图10所示，这种回路可省去泵与原动机间的离合器，从而降低了成本，还减小了空载功耗，因通过回路的较小流量保持了设备的原动机功率。另外，还降低了泵在空载时的噪声。干式吸油阀回路可用于由内燃机驱动的任何车辆中开关式液压系统，例如垃圾装填卡车及工业设备。
