  离心泵采用圆滑过度、刚性结构、厚壁设计，在材料的选用上象体、泵盖、叶轮等与物料接触的零件全由AIS1316或AIS1304不锈钢制造。机械轴封采用高质量的不锈钢和碳化硅定制而成。大大提高了耐磨性和滋润型，延长了适用寿命。离心泵制作时泵体、叶轮采用整体准确浇铸，所有零件表面处理。安装时由专项使用工装夹具保证尺寸间隙。轴封处采用开启式结构，故即使轴封处有少量泄漏，亦可及时观察。即使短时间内未察觉也不会满到电动机。从而保证了电动机的使用寿命；
