泵在原地即可打开端盖更换叶片,方便维护保养，可选防腐蚀性的镀镍或覆特氟龙材质的弹性体和316不锈钢材质的机械密封，可选配的材质:覆特氟龙材质的弹性体,密封面为青铜材质的机械密封,青铜材质的滑片或液压驱动式.   该泵主要由泵体、叶轮、叶片、轴承部件及磁力传动部件等组成，转子装在具有偏心定子的泵体内,滑片位于转子中，旋转时在离心力、哥氏力及油液作用力等合力的作用下，滑片自转子体内甩出，沿定子内表面滑动。在吸入时，滑片和定子构成的密封空腔逐渐加大，继续旋转时，空腔减小为零，液体充满于转子、滑片之间的空腔，液体开始自吸入口吸进：在排出时，滑片和定子构成的密封空腔逐渐减小，液体随之被压向排出口，完成液体输送过程。由于该泵采用磁力传动装置，液体被紧密的静密封密封，完全杜绝液体的渗漏现象

滑片泵采用一个有多片滑片的转子, 在离心力的作用下, 流体穿过叶片由吸入口进入泵腔内。转子的持续运转, 泵腔内的流体也随之运动, 在各种机械力和液压力的作用下, 流体被送至出口。每个叶片为流体提供正位移机械和液压推力。The vane pump uses a rotor with multiple slides, and under the action of ceifugal force, the fluid passes through the blade and enters the pump cavity from the suction port. As the rotor continues to run, the fluid in the pump cavity moves along with the force and fluid pressure acting on the pump. Each blade provides positive displacement, mechanical and hydraulic thrust for the fluid.
