1、 本机自动完成小较板四周边框的刷亮和整理，机械式传动与传统的刷边方式相比较操作简单，生产效率更高，更加环保。

The machine could finish small plate frame brushing and finishing automatically. Compared with the traditional brushing method, the mechanical transmission is simpler, more efficient and more environmentally friendly.

2、 上片采用连续上片方式，上料速度更快，正机采用PLC电脑控制方式运行速度可调。

Continuously plate feeding, faster speed. The speed is adjustable with the PLC cool.

3、 刷较耳边时采用两组刷片，保证刷边效果更佳。

With two sets of brushes to ensure better performance.

4、 两边及底部刷边时采用圆筒辊刷，并顺较板排列方向进行上下左右方向移动，刷边效果好，清除较板间的铅膏残留。

Both sides and the bottom select cylindrical roller brush, and move along the plate horizontal and vertical direction, better  brush effect, and clean the plates paste residue.

5、 设有多处的粉尘吸尘接口和废铅粉收集装置，采用螺杆全密闭式及废铅粉集中吸集结构，设备底部全密闭，刷边过程无铅尘，工作环境更优，环保性能好。
