产品描述：

双吸中开泵泵体与泵盖构成叶轮的工作室，在进出水法兰上制有安装真空表和压力表的管螺孔，进出水法兰的下部制有的管螺孔。双吸中开泵叶轮经过静平衡校验，用轴套和两侧的轴套螺母固定，其轴向位置可以通过轴套螺母进行调整，叶轮的轴向力利用其叶。河北八方水泵。所受的负荷非常小，产生电流也很小，对电机而言影响不会有什么，水泵空转对泵来说影响确实致命的。

结构特点：

1.本型泵的吸入口与吐出口均在水泵轴心线的下方，与轴线垂成水平方向．检修时无需拆卸进出口水管及电机。从转动方向看去，水泵为顺时针方向旋转/根据用户需要亦可改为逆时针方向旋转。

2.泵主要零件有：泵体，泵盖，叶轮，轴，双吸密封环，轴套等。

3.泵体与泵盖构成叶轮的工作室，在进出水法兰上，制有安装真空表和压力表的管螺孔。进出水法兰的下部，制有放水的管螺孔。

4.经过静平衡校验的叶轮，用轴套的两边的轴套螺母固定在轴上，其轴向位置可通过轴套螺母进行调整。

5.泵轴由两个单列向心球轴承支承。轴承装在轴承体内，安装在泵体两端，用黄油润滑。

6.双吸密封环用以减少水泵压力室的水漏回吸水室。

7.轴封一般为软填料密封，根据用户需要可采用机械密封结构。

优势：

卧式单级双吸离心泵泵体是水平剖分的螺旋形蜗壳，两个呈半螺旋形的吸液室与泵壳一起为中开式结构。泵轴水平放置，轴的两侧支撑在装有轴承的轴承座内，双吸式叶轮置于泵轴中间。泵的吸入口及排出口分别布置在下半个泵壳的两侧，泵体和叶轮两侧都装有密封环，轴封装置为填料密封，现在也有改用机械密封的，对称布置在泵体的两侧。在泵盖上设有两根水封管将压力水引入填料函进行水封、冷却和润滑。轴向力可自动平衡，不必设置轴向力平衡装置。检修泵时，不必拆动与泵体相连接的管路。在相同的流量下，双吸泵比单吸泵的抗汽蚀性能更好。
