紧凑型设计适用于单轴应用
IndraDrive C(HCS02)转换器覆盖功率范围的中等功率范围。它们带有一个控制单元插槽,该插槽具有用于连接到自动化环境的各种接口,用于编码器系统,安全技术以及附加的数字和模拟信号等。
伺服驱动器(servo drives)又称为“伺服控制器”、“伺服放大器”,是用来控制伺服电机的一种控制器,其作用类似于变频器作用于普通交流马达,属于伺服系统的一部分,主要应用于高精度的定位系统。一般是通过位置、速度和力矩三种方式对伺服马达进行控制,实现高精度的传动系统定位,目前是传动技术的高等产品。
目前主流的伺服驱动器均采用数字信号处理器(DSP)作为控制核心,可以实现比较复杂的控制算法,实现数字化、网络化和智能化。功率器件普遍采用以智能功率模块(IPM)为核心设计的驱动电路,IPM内部集成了驱动电路,同时具有过电压、过电流、过热、欠压等故障检测保护电路,在主回路中还加入软启动电路,以减小启动过程对驱动器的冲击。功率驱动单元首先通过三相全桥整流电路对输入的三相电或者市电进行整流,得到相应的直流电。经过整流好的三相电或市电,再通过三相正弦PWM电压型逆变器变频来驱动三相永磁式同步交流伺服电机。功率驱动单元的整个过程可以简单的说就是AC-DC-AC的过程。整流单元(AC-DC)主要的拓扑电路是三相全桥不控整流电路。
转矩控制:
转矩控制方式是通过外部模拟量的输入或直接的地址的赋值来设定电机轴对外的输出转矩的大小,具体表现为例如10V对应5Nm的话,当外部模拟量设定为5V时电机轴输出为2.5Nm:如果电机轴负载低于2.5Nm时电机正转,外部负载等于2.5Nm时电机不转,大于2.5Nm时电机反转(通常在有重力负载情况下产生)。可以通过即时的改变模拟量的设定来改变设定的力矩大小,也可通过通讯方式改变对应的地址的数值来实现。应用主要在对材质的受力有严格要求的缠绕和放卷的装置中,例如饶线装置或拉光纤设备,转矩的设定要根据缠绕的半径的变化随时更改以确保材质的受力不会随着缠绕半径的变化而改变。

比例控制技术是在开关控制技术和伺服控制技术之间的过渡技术,采用比例放大器控制比例电磁铁,实现对比例阀的连续控制,从而实现对液压系统压力、流量、方向的无级调节;但是用比例方向阀进行速度控制时,如果负载是变化的,那么执行元件的速度就会受负载变化的影响(负载小时速度快,负载大时速度慢);于是在系统设计时,人们引入了压力补偿器,它可以使比例阀阀口的压差保持恒定,使执行元件的速度不受负载变化的影响。

德国力士乐伺服控制器HCS03.1E-W0070-A-05-NNBN伺服驱动器在发展了变频技术的前提下,在驱动器内部的电流环,速度环和位置环(变频器没有该环)都进行了比一般变频更较好的控制技术和算法运算,在功能上也比传统的变频强大很多,主要的一点可以进行较好的位置控制。通过上位控制器发送的脉冲序列来控制速度和位置(当然也有些伺服内部集成了控制单元或通过总线通讯的方式直接将位置和速度等参数设定在驱动器里),驱动器内部的算法和更快更较好的计算以及性能更优良的电子器件使之更优越于变频器。
电机方面:伺服电机的材料、结构和加工工艺要远远高于变频器驱动的交流电机(一般交流电机或恒力矩、恒功率等各类变频电机),也就是说当驱动器输出电流、电压、频率变化很快的电源时,伺服电机就能根据电源变化产生响应的动作变化,响应特性和抗过载能力远远高于变频器驱动的交流电机,电机方面的严重差异也是两者性能不同的根本。就是说不是变频器输出不了变化那么快的电源信号,而是电机本身就反应不了,所以在变频的内部算法设定时为了保护电机做了相应的过载设定。当然即使不设定变频器的输出能力还是有限的,有些性能优良的变频器就可以直接驱动伺服电机!!!

数控机床伺服系统按用途和功能分为进给驱动系统和主轴驱动系统;按控制原理和有无检测反馈环节分为开环伺服系统、闭环伺服系统和半闭环伺服系统;按使用的执行元件分为电液伺服系统和电气伺服系统。
1.按用途和功能分:
(1)进给驱动系统:是用于数控机床工作台坐标或刀架坐标的控制系统,控制机床各坐标轴的切削进给运动,并提供切削过程所需的力矩。主要关心其力矩大小、调速范围大小、调节精度高低、动态响应的快速性。进给驱动系统一般包括速度控制环和位置控制环。
(2)主轴驱动系统:用于控制机床主轴的旋转运动,为机床主轴提供驱动功率和所需的切削力。主要关心其是否有足够的功率、宽的恒功率调节范围及速度调节范围;它只是一个速度控制系统。
2.按使用的执行元件分:
(1)电液伺服系统其伺服驱动装置是电液脉冲马达和电液伺服马达。其优点是在低速下可以得到很高的输出力矩,刚性好,时间常数小、反应快和速度平稳;其缺点是液压系统需要供油系统,体积大、噪声、漏油等。
(2)电气伺服系统其伺服驱动装置伺服电机(如步进电机、直流电机和交流电机等)。其优点是操作维护方便,可靠性高。其中,
1)直流伺服系统其进给运动系统采用大惯量宽调速永磁直流伺服电机和中小惯量直流伺服电机;主运动系统采用他激直流伺服电机。其优点是调速性能好;其缺点是有电刷,速度不高。
2)交流伺服系统其进给运动系统采用交流感应异步伺服电机(一般用于主轴伺服系统)和永磁同步伺服电机(一般用于进给伺服系统)。优点是结构简单、不需维护、适合于在恶劣环境下工作;动态响应好、转速高和容量大。
