引起液压卡紧的原因,有的是由于脏物进入缝隙而使阀芯移动困难,有的是由于缝隙过小在油温升高时阀芯膨胀而卡死,但是主要原因是来自滑阀副几何形状误差和同心度变化所引起的径向不平衡液压力。为了减小径向不平衡力,应严格控制阀芯和阀孔的制造精度,在装配时,尽可能使其成为顺锥形式,另一方面在阀芯上开环形均压槽,也可以大大减小径向不平衡力。
