进油过程
当凸轮的凸起部分转过去后,在弹簧力的作用下,柱塞向下运动,柱塞上部空间(称为泵油室)产生真空度,当柱塞上端面把柱塞套上的进油孔打开后,充满在油泵上体油道内的柴油经油孔进入泵油室,柱塞运动到下止点,进油结束
回油过程
柱塞向上供油,当上行到柱塞上的斜槽(停供边)与套筒上的回油孔相通时,泵油室低压油路便与柱塞头部的中孔和径向孔及斜槽沟通,油压骤然下降,出油阀在弹簧力的作用下迅速关闭,停止供油。此后柱塞还要上行,当凸轮的凸起部分转过去后,在弹簧的作用下,柱塞又下行。此时便开始了下一个循环。
柱塞泵以一个柱塞为原理介绍,一个柱塞泵上有两个单向阀,并且方向相反,柱塞向一个方向运动时缸内出现负压,这时一个单向阀打开液体被吸入缸内,柱塞向另一个方向运动时,将液体压缩后另一个单向阀被打开,被吸入缸内的液体被排出。这种工作方式连续运动后就形成了连续供油。
液压泵为液压传动提供加压液体的一种液压元件,是泵的一种。它的功能是把动力机(如电动机和内燃机等)的机械能转换成液体的压力能。影响液压泵的使用寿命因素很多,除了泵自身设计、制造因素外和一些与泵使用相关元件(如联轴器、滤油器等)的选用、试车运行过程中的操作等也有关系。
液压泵的工作原理是运动带来泵腔容积的变化,从而压缩流体使流体具有压力能。
必须具备的条件就是泵腔有密封容积变化。
液压泵的种类:
1、按流量是否可调节可分为:变量泵和定量泵。输出流量可以根据需要来调节的称为变量泵,流量不能调节的称为定量泵。
2、按液压系统中常用的泵结构分为:齿轮泵、叶片泵和柱塞泵3种。
齿轮泵:体积较小,结构较简单,对油的清洁度要求不严,价格较便宜;但泵轴受不平衡力,磨损严重,泄漏较大。
叶片泵:分为双作用叶片泵和单作用叶片泵。这种泵流量均匀、运转平稳、噪音小、作压力和容积效率比齿轮泵高、结构比齿轮泵复杂。
柱塞泵:容积效率高、泄漏小、可在高压下工作、大多用於大功率液压系统;但结构复杂,材料和加工精度要求高、价格贵、对油的清洁度要求高。
1.进口液压柱塞泵(简称泵)磨损的三个阶段
进口的液压泵的磨损分为初期磨损,正常磨损,异常磨损三个阶段。
1.1初期磨损阶段:泵在零件制造过程中,零件金属表面有一定的微观不平度(表面粗糙度)轴或孔存在的椭圆度与不直度,在金属表面发生初期相对运动时,泵零件间相对高速运动,此时摩擦副间会产生轻微的摩擦磨损,零件处于初期磨损阶段。
1.2正常磨损阶段:经过一段时间的磨合,摩擦副间生成新的,精度等级更高的粗糙度,磨损速度减慢。进入一段相对比较长的稳定使用阶段。
1.3异常磨损阶段:在此阶段中,金属材料达到疲劳周期的额定寿命,金属表面将产生疲劳层,疲劳层在泵高温高压的特殊使用状态下,金属表层易发生颗粒状脱落,因此,磨损急剧增长,较后导致零件失效。
1.4泵在运行中的相对运动的三对摩擦副(静份量大承关系)零件之间的磨损,使零件间的缝隙加大,泵内泄漏量随之增多,油温也相应升高。泵软寿命是从初期磨合期到稳定使用阶段进而到疲劳剥落期阶段(剧烈磨损阶段)。这三个阶段时间的长短主要取决于所使用的液压介质的清洁度。
1.5影响泵的软寿命还有另外一个决定性因素,就是泵的轴承的使用寿命。因为轴承在泵壳内轴向载荷转动,泵壳内的三大摩擦副(1缸体配流面与配流盘;2柱塞杆与缸孔;3滑靴与斜盘)零件高速摩擦转动,金属表面相对运动时,金属与金属产生接触摩擦,发生粘结和切削,而且由于局部高温,造成大尺寸金属氧化物颗粒疲劳剥落,剥落的金属颗粒因无法排出泵壳外而积存在液压泵壳内。因泵壳体充满液压油,沉积的金属颗粒与液压油混杂在一起随泵主轴及缸体的转动又在壳体内旋流漂移,造成泵内轴承的加剧磨损。轴承磨损到一定程度后游隙加大,轴承游隙加大后轴承的回转精度降低后,无法保证缸体与配流盘的相对运动精度,因此又破坏了泵三对摩擦副之间的静液压的平衡,被破坏的静液压支承(三对摩擦副)又会加速磨损。

油泵可以分为容积式和非容积室(蜗轮式)两种。非容积式有离心泵、轴流泵等,利用高速旋转的叶轮使进口产生真空吸入液体,并在出口连续输出压力液体。这种泵进口与出口相通,效率随液体粘度增加而降低,并且输出液体量随出口压力升高而显著减少。
容积式泵是通过一个封闭的空间容积的变化来实现吸油和压油的。当这个封闭容积由小变大时进行吸油,由大变小时进行压油。典型的为力士乐柱塞泵,柱塞从缸孔中拉出时吸油,压进时压油。这种泵进口与出口是被隔开的,效率取决于隔开吸压油腔的各对运动零件间的结构工艺间隙及油液的粘度等。粘度越率越高,输油量几乎保持不变(因效率略有影响,另外压力升高至18MPa,油液会被压缩1%)。

泵缸体安装铜套的三种方法:
(b)采有乐泰胶粘着装配,这咱方法要求铜外套外径表面有沟槽;
(c)缸孔攻丝,铜套外径加工螺纹,涂乐泰胶后,旋入装配。[1]
熔烧结合方式的缸体与铜套,安装方法如下:
(a)采用研磨棒,手工或机械方法研磨修复缸孔;
(b)采用坐标镗床,重新镗缸体孔;
(c)采用铰刀修复缸体孔。[1]
采用“表面工程技术”,安装方法如下:
(a)电镀技术:在柱塞表面镀一层硬铬;
