传感器(英文名称:transducer/sensor)是一种检测装置,能感受到被测量的信息,并能将感受到的信息,按一定规律变换成为电信号或其他所需形式的信息输出,以满足信息的传输、处理、存储、显示、记录和控制等要求。它是实现自动检测和自动控制的首要环节。
传感器的特点包括:微型化、数字化、智能化、多功能化、系统化、网络化,它不仅促进了传统产业的改造和更新换代,而且还可能建立新型工业,从而成为21世纪新的经济增长点。微型化是建立在微电子机械系统(MEMS)技术基础上的,已成功应用在硅器件上做成硅压力传感器。
趋近式探头和延伸电缆
3300 XL11mm 探头有多种规格的探头座,包括 铠装和非铠装的1/2-20、5/8- 18、 M14×1.5 和M16×1.5 探头螺纹,背面安装的3300 XL 11mm 探头是3/8-24 或M10×1 的标准螺 纹。传感器系统的所有组件都是ClickLoc?镀金铜接头,锁定到适当位置,防止连接松动。TipLoc模具技术保证了探头端部和主体之间的牢固连接。探头电缆使用CableLoc?设计安全地连接到探头端部,能承受330 牛(75 磅)的拉力。
3300 XL 探头和延伸电缆在订货时也可以选择 FluidLoc?电缆,这种电缆可以防止油或其它液体沿电缆内部泄漏到机器外部;选择接头保护器可以在潮湿环境中为接头提
供附加保护,推荐在所有的安装中都选用接头保护器,提高环境适应性。另外,3300 XL11mm 探头还配有标准防松螺母和安全导线孔。
注:
1. 前置器从工厂供货时已经过AISI4140钢校准。也可以按用户的要求对其它端部材料进行校准。
2. 对于每一根3300XL 延伸电缆,也可以选择硅树脂胶带来代替接头保护器,但在探头与延伸电缆的连接暴露在机组油液中的情况下,不推荐使用硅树脂胶带。
技术规格
在没有另外注明时,以下关于3300 XL11mm 前置器、延伸电缆和探头的技术规格是在下列条件下得到的:温度0°C~ 45°C(32°F~ 113°F°),-24Vdc 电源供电,10KΩ负载,由本特利内华达公司提供的直径为31mm (1.2in) 或更大的AISI4140 钢被测靶面,探 头间隙为2.5mm (100mils)。 其精度和可互换 性指标不适用于未经本特利内华达公司AISI 4140 钢 靶面校准的传感器系统。
概述
3300 XL 25 mm 传感器系统由单独的25 mm 探头、延伸电缆和3300 XL 25 mm 前置器组成。0.787 V/mm(20 mV/mil)的输出使系统的线性范围达12.7 mm(500 mil)。由于具有这样的线性范围,3300 XL 25 mm 传感器系统适用于测量中到大型蒸汽透平发电机上由于透平转子和机器定子(壳体)膨胀率不同所引起的差胀(DE)。
差胀测量
差胀测量由两个电涡流传感器实现,测量与推力轴承有一定距离的凸缘或斜面。典型的传感器安装方式包括:
两个传感器测量凸缘的同一侧。
两个补偿式输入传感器分别测量凸缘的相对一侧,有效地使可测量的DE 范围加倍。
两个传感器中至少有一个传感器测量转子的一个斜面,另一个传感器测量一个单独斜面或转子上的不同位置,以补偿径向移动。这种安装方式会对测量引入某些误差,但是能够测量比补偿式测量更长的总DE 距离。
安装方式需要根据可用的靶面尺寸、预计的转子轴向位移量以及机器内部(凸缘相对于斜面)的DE 靶面类型。当可用的凸缘高度足够时,应采用两个传感器测量凸缘的同一侧这种安装方式。两个传感器将提供互为冗余的测量。
