铝合金单锡盐电解着色添加剂

一、开槽参数 (tank set up parameters)

硫酸亚锡（stannous sulfate）：10～15g/l          

    硫酸 （sulfuric acid）：15~20 g/l      DBR-601：20~25 g/l

二、控制参数 (coolling parameters)

硫酸亚锡（stannous sulfate）：10～15g/l

游离酸（free acid）： 15～18g/l   PH （value）：   0.8～1.2   

温度（Temperature）： 18～22℃  时间（Time）： 0.5～10min

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and cool)

1.每天检测槽液浓度并按分析结果及时调整，硫酸亚锡和DBR-601按1：2比例添加。每处理100m2约消耗DBR-601：0.4～0.6Kg。槽液的总酸度控制在30～40g/l。

2.添加硫酸亚锡时须同DBR-601先混合再溶解于槽液中；向槽中补加纯水时，必须在搅拌下缓慢加入，以防止局部硫酸亚锡水解，导致槽液发浑。

3.槽液对铜杂质较敏感，清理导电铜座时须特别注意不得污染槽液。
