液压机工作原理
利用帕斯卡定律制成的利用液体压强传动的机械,种类很多。当然,用途也根据需要是多种多样的。如按传递压强的液体种类来分,有油压机和水压机两大类。水压机产生的总压力较大,常用于锻造和冲压。锻造水压机又分为模锻水压机和自由锻水压机两种。模锻水压机要用模具,而自由锻水压机不用模具。
液控单向阀是依靠控制流体压力,可以使单向阀反向流通的阀。这种阀在煤矿机械的液压支护设备中占有较重要的地位。液控单向阀与普通单向阀不同之处是多了一个控制油路K,当控制油路未接通压力油液时,液控单向阀就象普通单向阀一样工作,压力油只从进油口流向出油口,不能反向流动。当控制油路油控制压力输入时,活塞顶杆在压力油作用下向右移动,用顶杆顶开单向阀,使进出油口接通。若出油口大于进油口就能使油液反向流动。
结构与工作原理:
锥阀结构的液控单向阀,它可以由液压开启而允许油液在闭锁方向自由流通。
此类阀用于有液压回路部分的隔离,以避免管路破裂时负载失压,或避免执行器在液压闭锁时因滑阀泄漏引起的爬行或漂移。
该阀的组成主要包括阀体(1) 、阀芯(2)、压缩弹簧(3)和控制活塞(4)

液压泵控制系统
力士乐挖掘机液压泵控制系统有不同的配置,具有不同的控制功能。
恒功率阀和杠杆式恒功率装置
恒功率阀是二位三通阀。在弹簧力作用下,恒功率阀处于右位,下油缸压力油通过恒功率阀回油,在上油缸腔内油压和弹簧作用下油泵向大流量方向摆动。油泵压力油通过上油缸腔作用在顶杆上,顶杆顶推杠杆使杠杆绕支点摆动,推动A阀向右移动,使恒功率阀处于左位,油泵压力油通过恒功率阀经阀进入下油缸,推动其活塞杆,克服上油缸液压力并压缩弹簧使油泵向小流量方向摆动。同时由于上油缸活塞杆右移,顶.杆顶推杠杆的力臂减小,使杠杆推A阀的力下降,直至与A阀弹簧力相等,油泵摆角处于新的平衡位置。
这种恒功率装置通过杠杆机构来实现,只要杠杆系统设计得好,就能实现很理想的恒功率曲线。
油泵流量调节阀为二位三通阀,阀的左端受泵的出口油压Pp作用,阀的右端受多路阀负载敏感腔的油压PLmax和弹簀力FS2作用,此阀的作用是设定系统的补偿压力。流量调节阀的作用是使系统压差OP ( P -PLmax) 保持定值。OP由设计确定称为系统的补偿压差,是系统各操纵阀的进口压加P与出口压力Pm ( = PLmax) 之差,各操纵阀在保持补偿压差一定条件下,通过改变阀杆的开口面积来控制去各液压作用元件的流量。系统通过油泵流量调节,按司机操纵阀杆的开度大小,提供所需流量,而且只供给比负载稍高一点(△P)的油压。避免了系统的流量损失和过大的压力损失。当弹簧力和阀的受压面积在设计时取定后,LRS 油泵控制系统是不变的,因此恒功率阀设定功率是不变的。油泵流量调节阀设定的补偿压力也是不变的,虽然可以停机通过调整弹簧来改变功率设定和补偿压力设定,但显然是不方便和不理想的,但实际挖掘机工作中需要改变功率和改变补偿压力,这是LRS 系统的不足之处。
装载机是一种广泛用于公路、****、建筑、水电、港口、矿山等建设工程的土石方施工机械,它主要用于铲装土壤、砂石、石灰、煤炭等散状物料,也可对矿石、硬土等作轻度铲挖作业。换装不同的辅助工作装置还可进行推土、起重和其他物料如木材的装卸作业。
在道路、特别是在高等级公路施工中,装载机用于路基工程的填挖、沥青混合料和水泥混凝土料场的集料与装料等作业。此外还可进行推运土壤、刮平地面和牵引其他机械等作业。由于装载机具有作业速度快、效率高、机动性好、操作轻便等优点,因此它成为工程建设中土石方施工的主要机种之一。
包括发动机,变矩器,变速箱,前、后驱动桥,简称四大件1. 发动机2. 变矩器上有三个泵,工作泵(供应举升,翻斗压力油)转向泵(供应转向压力油)变速泵也称行走泵(供 应变矩器,变速箱压力油),有些机型转向泵上还装有先导泵(供应操纵阀先导压力油)3.工作液压油路,液压油箱,工作泵,多路阀,举升油缸和翻斗油缸4. 行走油路:变速箱油底壳油,行走泵,一路进变矩器一路进档位阀,变速箱离合器5. 驱动:传动轴,主差速器,轮边减速器6. 转向油路:油箱,转向泵,稳流阀(或者优先阀)转向器,转向油缸7. 变速箱有一体的(行星式)和分体(定轴式)两种。
