液压隔膜式计量泵采用两种调节方式：一是改变泵的柱塞行程长度，可在停机或运行状态进行。计量精度在土1%以内，用于手动调节的有调量表，千分尺来指示柱塞相对行程值。二是采用变频电机与变频器组合，改变输入的电源频率调节泵速，改变流量大小。此方法适用于自动、遥控及计算管理调节方式。
