产品描述：
单级立式轴流泵，液体沿泵轴轴线方向流动。本型水泵扬程低、流量大，适于吸送清水或物理及化学性质类似水的其它液体之用，吸送液体的温度为50℃，故主要供农田排灌之用，也用于工业上热电站输送循环水，都市提升给水，船坞升降水位或其它水利工程等，使用范围十分广泛。

结构特点：

1. 安装方式

单层基础：电动机与泵安装在同一个基础层上，泵出水口可布置在基础之上。

双层基础：电动机与泵安装在各自的基础层之上，泵出说水口在两基础层之间。

2. 泵轴采用优质碳素钢制成，它籍上下两只橡胶轴承来支承用水作为润滑剂。

3. 泵轴需耐磨处装有轴套，轴套表面镀镍磷，以提高耐磨性和抗蚀性。

4. 叶片为半调节结构，可根据性能样本选择叶片的安装角度，扩大使用范围。

5. 泵的轴向力由电机的止推轴承承受或泵的推力轴承承受。

原理：

如果流体不动，而机翼以相等速度在流体中运动时，则翼背和翼面受到与前相同的正压和负压，即翼面（机翼上面）为负翼背为正压。在此压力作用下机翼将获得升力。如果将机翼形的桨叶固定在转轴上，形成螺旋桨，并使之不能沿轴向移动，则当转轴高速旋转时，翼面（螺旋桨下侧）因负压而有吸流作用，翼背因正压而有排流作用，如此一吸一排造成了液体(或气体）的流动。

   水泵性能不能满足要求由于建站时选型不当，或现在的水位较以前的设计水位变化非常大，致使泵站需要扬程发生变化，因而水泵不能满足现在的运行要求。

   轴流泵汽蚀现象,既是一个理论问题,又是一个实际技术课题。为了解决泵的汽蚀问题,国内外研究人员进行了大量的理论研究和试验研究工作,提出了许多可以借鉴的成果和资料。 在轴流泵叶轮外周翼面前缘附近出现低压区,产生汽蚀。当流量大于额定流量时,在翼面压力侧发生汽蚀,进而由于流动方向的改变,叶轮出口导叶上也会发生汽蚀。
