工艺方式：模具-加热-挤压机

9.加温温度曲线：温度曲线实时监控温度值，温度变化值，直观显示温度达到设定值所需要的时间。

Temperature diagram monitor temperature ,temperature change value on time,show the heating time intuitively.

温度历史记录：

实时记录簿同时间的温度值，可记录长达30天，甚至更多时间的温度值，有效的监控工人工作中的违规操作，避免加温温度不够就取出模具使模具损坏。

Record the temperature value at difference time,can re core over 30 days even more longer time’s temperature value ,which can monitor the abnormal wong during production effectively,and avoiding die damage because of die temperature is not enough.

低温、高温自动报警功能：

当温度未达到设定温度，按模出按钮时，自动报警，阻止取模，免避模具损坏；当温度超过设定温度时，自动报警。

When temp.did not reach setting temp.,click’’die out’’button,alarm automatically,then stop taking did out,avoiding die damage;when temp.over setting temp,auto alarm.
