滤油器的选用
一般粒径在10μm以下的污染物对泵的影响不太明显,而大于10μm、特别是在40μm以上时对泵的使用寿命就有明显影响。液压油中固体污染颗粒易使泵内相对运动零件表面磨损加剧,为此需要安装滤油器降低油的污染程度。过滤精度要求:轴向柱塞泵10~15μm,叶片泵为25μm,齿轮泵为40μm。泵的污染磨损可以控制在允许范围之内。高精度滤油器使用日益广泛,可大大延长液压泵的使用寿命。
液压泵工作原理
是为液压传动提供加压液体的一种液压元件,是泵的一种。它的功能是把动力机(如电动机和内燃机等)的机械能转换成液体的压力能。图中为单柱塞泵的工作原理。凸轮由电动机带动旋转。当凸轮推动柱塞向上运动时,柱塞和缸体形成的密封体积减小,油液从密封体积中挤出,经单向阀排到需要的地方去。当凸轮旋转至曲线的下降部位时,弹簧迫使柱塞向下,形成一定真空度,油 箱中的油液在大气压力的作用下进入密封容积。凸 轮使柱塞不断地升降,密封容积周期性地减小和增 大,泵就不断吸油和排油。
性能参数
液压泵是液压系统的动力元件,其功用是给液压系统提供压力油,从能量转换角度讲,它将是原动机(如发动机)输出的机械能转换为便于输送的液体的压力能。液压马达则属于执行元件,它能将输入液体的压力能转换为输出轴转动的机械能,用来拖动负载做功。根据结构形式,液压泵与液压马达具体可分为齿轮式、叶片式、柱塞式等类型。
1.液压泵压力
液压泵工作压力是指泵(或马达)在实际工作时输出(或输入)油液的压力,由外负载决定。
额定压力是指在正常工作条件下,按试验标准规定能连续运转的高压力。其大小受寿命的限制,若超过额定压力工作,泵(或马达)的使用寿命将会比设计的寿命短。当工作压力大于额定压力时称超载。
2.转速
工作转速是指泵(或马达)在工作时的实际转动速度。
额定转速是指在额定压力下,能连续长时间正常运转的高转速。若泵超过额定转速工作将会造成吸油不足,产生振动和大的噪声,零件会遭受气蚀损伤,寿命降低。
低稳定转速是指马达正常运转所允许的低转速。在此转速下,马达不出现爬行现象。
3.排量、流量
排量是指泵(或马达)每转一周,由密封容腔几何尺寸变化而得的排出(或输入)液体的体积,常用单位是ml/r(毫升/转)。排量可以通过调节发生变化的成为变量泵(或变量马达),排量不能变化的成为定量泵(或定量马达)。
实际流量是指泵(或马达)工作时出口处(或进口处)的流量。由于泵本身存在内泄漏,其实际流量小于理论流量。由于马达本身也存在内泄漏,要实现指定转速,为补偿泄漏量,其输入实际流量必须大于理论流量。
液压泵压力的调整
系统压力检测(二次溢流阀设定压力)
1、关闭挖掘机的发动机,放掉油箱内的空气,关闭高、低压截止阀,然后拆卸高压端 H1A 软管(小臂上截止阀钢管 P1A 与连接的软管)。注意:准备盛液压油的容器和做好防尘工作!
2、确认管路上的管接头大小,然后将测压表和管接头连接好。在高压截止阀钢管前端接头处接上测压表具(表面较大量程大于 25MPa)。打开高压端截止阀(再次确认低压截至阀处于关闭状态)。启动挖掘机,并打****阀,踩下脚踏阀,即可测出系统压力值。如测量压力值达不到标准,应该及时调整。
3、重新调整二次溢流阀的设定压力(手柄顺时针旋转为加大溢流压力),使其压力达到标准值,然后紧固溢流阀上的锁紧螺母,以防止螺母松动造成设置压力的变化。
4、测试和设置压力完毕后,关闭挖掘机的发动机,放掉油箱内的空气。将高压端截止阀关闭,拆下测压表具,将和挖机用 H1A 软管连接,形成闭环。打开高、低压端的截止阀并将截至阀锁紧,进入工作状态。
力士乐泵是输送流体或使流体增压的机械。它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加。力士乐泵主要用来输送水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬乳液和液态金属等液体,也可输送液、气混合物及含悬浮固体物的液体。力士乐泵通常可按工作原理分为容积式力士乐泵、动力式力士乐泵和其他类型力士乐泵三类。除按工作原理分类外,还可按其他方法分类和命名。如,按驱动方法可分为电动力士乐泵和水轮力士乐泵等;按结构可分为单级力士乐泵和多级力士乐泵;按用途可分为锅炉给水力士乐泵和计量力士乐泵等;按输送液体的性质可分为水力士乐泵、油力士乐泵和泥浆力士乐泵等。按照有无轴结构,可分直线力士乐泵,和传统力士乐泵。

油泵把液压油输送到集成插装阀块,通过各个单向阀和溢流阀把液压油分配到油缸的上腔或者下腔,在高压油的作用下,使油缸进行运动.液压机是 利用液体来传递压力的设备。液体在密闭的容器中传递压力时是遵循帕斯卡定律。四柱液压机的液压传动系统由动力机构、控制机构、执行机构、辅助机构和工作介质组成。动力机构通常采用油泵作为动力机构,一般为积式油泵。为了满足执行机构运动速度的要求, 选用一个油泵或多个油泵。低压(油压小于2.5MP)用齿轮泵;中压(油压小于6.3MP)用叶片泵;高压(油压小于32.0MP)用柱塞泵。各种可塑性 材料的压力加工和成形,如不锈钢板的挤压、弯曲、拉深及金属零件的冷压成形,同时亦可用于粉末制品、砂轮、胶木、树脂热固性制品的压制。
