 CSHPON”氮化硼（BN）喷剂使用说明书

氮化硼润滑喷剂耐非常高温，高温情况下仍保持超越的润滑性能，无害，纯净，高环保，高化学惰性，摩擦系数较低，耐高压，高电阻，抗热震，抗腐蚀性，导热性好。

一.产品特性

1.无害无害，纯净，高环保，非常高润滑离型性能。

1. The product is non-toxic/polluting, eco-friendly with high performance in lubricating release.

2.操作性佳：特殊喷雾型配方，使用手工方式即可均匀喷涂。

2. Good operability: adopts special spray formulation that only manual spayed is in use.

3.耐高温：100—900℃，上好的耐热冲击能力。

3. High-temperature resistant: 100-900 ℃, excellent thermal shock resistance.

4.干燥速度快：特殊的速干配方，干燥速度快，提高生产效率，降低成本。 4. Fast drying speed: adopts special quick-drying formula to increase productivity and reduce costs.

二.使用方法 Instruction

1.喷涂前一定要清理干净待喷物品，不得混有其它不同类型之物质，更不能有粉法尘和油污；

1. Before spraying, workpiece must be cleaned thoroughly and cannot be mixed with other types of materials, powder dust and oil;

2.喷涂前，要上下摇动喷罐，摇晃均匀，并垂直按下喷嘴顶部；

2. Before spraying, please evenly shake cans up and down, and vertically press the nozzle;

3.距待喷物部位约30-40CM处喷涂，并持续摇晃喷罐瓶身，让喷涂表面均匀覆盖；

3. Spray from the workpiece about 30-40cm away and continuously shake the can, so as to achieve uniform spraying surface.

4.喷涂物厚度约为15-30μm，产品附着力较强，无需喷涂太厚；

5.干燥表面：于常温约需要1-2分钟，待完全干燥就可使用。

6.工作场所注意通风，严禁吸烟，操作人员必须培训上岗，不得拿着产品对着人员喷射，不可利用利器划破罐体，不可撞击罐体。（划破罐体或撞击罐体有危险）。使用完后之空罐严禁再利用。

三.应用范围 Application

适用于高温保护，高温润滑，高温情况下脱模，离型，舒缓反应，金属焊接防焊涂布，金属铸造，锻造，挤型工业，铝水包及导流槽保护，真空镀膜机保护剂，电绝缘涂层，高温绝缘体热电偶保护，高温滚轮保护，挤压设备保护，电绝缘体，玻璃工业，耐高温舒缓反应涂层，干式润滑介面，耐腐蚀介面，高温烧结坩埚冶具保护与不粘性，金属零件润滑，轴承等高温高磨耗条件下使用。 氮化硼涂料（又称：氮化硼耐高温润滑离型涂料）氮化硼涂料是采用优质氮化硼，加特殊配方生产而成，具有较好的润滑性能以及高温稳定性。即使是在非常高的温度下，氮化硼依然能保持其润滑性和惰性。常应用于铸造、冲压、锻造和粉末冶金等领域。在金属熔融和金属成形操作过程中，将氮化硼涂料喷涂在与热的或熔融金属接触的模具表面上避免模具化学侵蚀、使脱模，离型更容易、模具/冲模有更长的使用寿命，并大大提高产品的表面洁度，缩短生产时间。

四．注意事项 1. 本品易燃，使用时严禁烟火，存放于50℃以下阴凉处，空罐不得抛入火中。

1. This product is flammable and prohibited to use under fireworks. Please stored in a cool place below 50 ℃. Empty cans must not be thrown into the fire. 2.使用前应将工件表面上的锈迹、重度油污清洗干净，以免影响后续的喷涂及防腐润滑效果。

2. Before the use, rusts and oil grease on the workpiece surface should be cleaned, so as not to affect the subsequent anti-corrosion coating and lubrication. 3.若不慎溅入眼睛，可提起眼睑，用流动清水或生理盐水冲洗干净。

3. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse with running water or saline. 4.不可吞食本产品。若不慎吞食，勿催吐，保持休息状态，及时进行医护。

4. Do not swallow the product. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Please rest and immediately approach to hospital for medical treatment.

五．包装贮存 Packing and Storage 1.包装：500ml/罐，12罐/件。
