机械原理
吸油压油喷油泵的吸油和压油,由柱塞在柱塞套内的往复运动来完成。当柱塞位于下部位置时,柱塞套上的两个油孔被打开,柱塞套内腔与泵体内的油道相通,燃油迅速注满油室。当凸轮顶到滚轮体的滚轮上时,柱塞便升起。从柱塞开始间向上运动到油孔被柱塞上端面挡住前为止。在这一段时间内,由于柱塞的运动,燃油从油室被挤出,流向油道。所以这段升程称为预行程。当柱塞将油孔挡住时,便开始压油过程。柱塞上行,油室内油压急剧升高。当压力超过出油阀的弹簧弹力和上部油压时,就顶开出油阀,燃油压入油管送至喷油器。
油量调节
为了适应柴油机负载的要求,喷油泵的供油量必须能够在大供油量(全负荷)到零供油量(停车)的范围内进行调节。 供油量的调节是通过齿杆、转动套使喷油泵的全部柱塞同时转动来实现的。 当柱塞转动时,供油开始时间不变,而供油终了时间,则由于柱塞斜边对柱塞套回油孔位置的改变而变更了。随着柱塞转动的角度不同,柱塞的有效行程也就不同,因而供油量也随之改变。
柱塞对于不供油位1转动的角度越大,则柱塞上端面到打开拄塞套回油孔的斜边距离也越大,供油量也就越大,若柱塞转动的角度较小,则断油开始较早,供油量也较小。当柴油机停车时必须断油,为此,可将柱塞上的纵向槽转到正对着柱塞套上回油孔。

泵上配置有先导安全阀,柱塞泵排量0mL/r×,先导泵排量0mL川崎KV系列液压泵示意图由下图挖机的液压回路图可以看出,回油管路里的液压油都是低压油,一个前后串联的变量柱塞泵安装在发动机上,低压液压油进入液压泵吸油腔,高压油从液压泵排油腔排出,进入组合阀,高压油液在组合阀进行分配。挖掘机液压泵调节器总成需要力量大的场合,需要液压泵提供的的液压油流量也要大,一般为双泵合流。此泵是由两个柱塞泵和一个先导齿轮泵前后串联所构成前泵和后泵分别控制挖掘机左右一边一个行走。
