功率放大器:

逐渐加大输入信号,使阀芯开始移动,但由于阀口遮盖量过大,阀出口并无流量输出,只有当阀口开度约为大开度的25%时,阀出口才有流量输出。

当输入信号达到或超过大输入信号的25%时,阀出口才有流量输出,其大小取决于阀的开度。

当无控制信号时,过大的阀口遮盖量会使泄漏减少,但从控制角度来说,并不希望有太大的死区。

死区补偿

不过,通过调整功率放大器上的死区补偿电位计,可以减小死区。

首先将输入信号的1% ( 0.1V )定为死区,并保持之。

不过,当输入信号超过这个阀值时功率放大器输出就会跳过该阀值,以将阀芯移动至死区边缘。此时将产生与输入信号0.1-0.2 V相对应的流量,然后,阀口将随着输入信号的增加而逐渐开启。然而,当输入信号约为7.5V时,阀口开度将大。实际上,从阀芯开始移动至停止,死区也在移动。

比例控制技术是在开关控制技术和伺服控制技术之间的过渡技术,采用比例放大器控制比例电磁铁,实现对比例阀的连续控制,从而实现对液压系统压力、流量、方向的无级调节;但是用比例方向阀进行速度控制时,如果负载是变化的,那么执行元件的速度就会受负载变化的影响(负载小时速度快,负载大时速度慢);于是在系统设计时,人们引入了压力补偿器,它可以使比例阀阀口的压差保持恒定,使执行元件的速度不受负载变化的影响。
