脱水、烘干同步进行，无水渍及污点出现，可避免工件氧化或生锈，提高成品光泽度及质量；脱水槽为不锈钢材质，坚固耐用，内篮可提出，方便工件装取；设有脚踏式煞车器，提高使用的安全性；采用自动控制的电源系统，脱水烘干完成打开铝盖时，自动切断电源，本机采用铸铁底座，重心稳，内外筒采用不锈钢制成，坚固耐用；加热器装配在上面铝盖，直接加热，电源及煞车系统均采自动控制。
