DW68系列纯木外开门窗可以开启接近90度。抗风压、水密性、气密性等各项性能具备适应各种恶劣气候的能力。采用磨擦铰链支撑，开启角度可接近90度，通过调节摩擦铰链的摩擦阻力从而保证门窗开启后自然定位，在强风地区和有儿童的家庭可配备限位器确保安全使用，另外由于室内高于室外的框体结构设计，其防水性能大大提高，更适合于南方多雨地区使用。

框型材厚度68mm，扇型材厚度68mm

德意达DW系列纯木门窗主材料全部选用进口落叶松、橡木，楸木及柚木等实木。其型材为纯实木顺纹集成材，木纹质感强。经过径切、接合等多道工序制成的集成材，其天然的各向异性得到全面的改善，也极大程度上避免原木中的天然缺陷对产品质量的影响。木材抗压强度高，抗弯曲能力强，干缩湿涨性小，不易翘曲，开裂。产品经过德国,意大利CNC加工、打磨、漆面处理等多道工序完成，具有很强的防腐、抗压及防变形能力。使用意大利自动化喷漆生产线和德国户外木窗专用漆，具有优良的环保和耐侯性能，能有效保证木窗在各种气候条件下免遭雨水浸蚀和太阳紫外线老化的影响。DW纯木系列使用双层中空玻璃，EPDM胶条三道密封和德国五金配置，从而达到的保温、隔音和装饰效果。

The opening angle of DW-WK68 solid wood door and window can reach to nearly 90 degree. And its performances of wind resistance, water tightness, air tightness, etc can wholly adapt to a variety of adverse weather conditions.The frame is supported by friction hinge, which enables the opening angle to reach nearly 90 degree. The windows can naturally position by adjusting the tightness of friction hinge, and in strong wind region or families with children, limitator can be matched for safety use. Moreover, thanks for the frame design of lower outer edge and higher inner edge, the waterproof capability is greatly improved, so the series is quite suitable for the application in wet areas.

DW series solid wood windows and doors adopt imported larch, oak, catalpa, spruce and teak wood as the profiled laminated material with excellent parallel wood grain texture. After special process treatment of diameter-cut,finger-joint,etc,its natural anisotropy of the wood will get an overall improvement, resulting a greatly avoiding of its natural defect effect on product quality. The solid wood JFP also has the features of high compressive strength, strong resistance to bending, small shrinkage and swelling, and not easy to warping and cracking. Germany and Italy CNC machining, grinding, surface treatment and other processes bring this series of win-door strong anti-corrosion, compression and anti-deformation capacity.  We use Italy auto painting line with the Germany brand solid wood window painting which has the most striking features of environmental protection and weather resistance, ensuring all our wood windows & doors effective guarantee against rain erosion and solar ultraviolet aging effects in a variety of climatic conditions. The elegant and excellent solid wood products, matched with double-layer hallow glass, three-layer EPDM sealant, and Germany brand hardware, show us an outstanding performance of insulation and decoration.
