1.为了保证焊接质量，锯片两端切口需要无毛刺，无变相，较好是方形切口，该锯片切断机就是为了后续焊接要求而特别研发制造的。

Saw Blade Cutting Machine is designed for burr-free,no distortion,square cutting of saw blade ends.

2.该切断机刀片由特殊工具钢制造，多边刀刃，可依次旋转更换使用。

Cutter knives are manufactured from special tool steel for long life with multi-blade.

3.根据不同的锯条齿距对焊接宽度进行调节。

Adjustable welding stops for matching the tooth pitch of different kind of bandsaws.

4.手柄杠杆加力，特殊防滑夹紧固定钳口，保证锯片在切割过程中不滑动。

5.根据切割宽度和截面积的不同，可以根据客户要求进行特殊定做，有手动或者气动，一次切一端或者一次切两端等几种。

1.对焊及退火之后，锯片焊缝处会出现少量毛刺，该打磨机主要用于将这些焊接毛刺打磨掉，在锯片间形成光滑的对接表面。

2.有手动偏心轮固定夹紧或者气动固定夹紧两种锯片固定方式可选。

Manual exceic clamping device and pneumatically operated clamping device are both available.

3.根据不同锯片的需要，可通过旋钮进行无级变速调节抛光速度。

Infinitely variable grinding speeds by cool knob.

4.还可以通过杠杆准确调节打磨抛光头的位置

Butt Welder Main Principle and Features

手动固定夹紧，电机带动多组凸轮进行顶锻对焊，然后再进行手动二次退火处理。

Manual clamping,the motor drives the cam to upsetting and butt welding,then annealing manually.

 

1.采用手动杠杆夹紧及电机带动凸轮对焊结构，无须气源，使用方便。

Adopt manual clamping handle device and motorized cam mechanism,no need air source and air compressor.

2.由电机带动多组凸轮进行闪光焊接。

Butt Flash is produced by motorized cam disc.

3. 顶锻力由可调节的多组高精度弹簧结构产生。

Upsetting force is produced by precisely adjustable spring loaded mechanism.

4.退火电压可进行无级调节,退火时间从0到10分钟任意可调。

Annealing voltage is freely adjustable and Annealing time can be set from 0 to 10 minutes.

5.在退火过程中自动进行泄压。

Automatic pressure relief during annealing process.

7.将作为焊接键部位的对焊电较进行水冷却处理。

Water cooling to the basic and key welding electrodes.
