Descriptions

恒瑞陶瓷纤维模块是由经验丰富的技工将恒瑞陶瓷纤维毯经折叠或切块层叠，经有经验设备加工而成的。具有尺寸准确，表面平整等优点，可应用于各种热工设备的炉衬，产品质量可靠，安装快捷，隔热性能优越。

Hengrui ceramic fiber module is made of Hengrui ceramic fiber blanket which is folded or cut by experienced professional technicians. It use special equipments for producing module to confirm the precise dimensions and keep smooth surface of module, designed for various of thermal furnaces. The products have some characteristics such as reliable quality, quick installation, superior insulation properties.

恒瑞纤维模块锚固件系统采用加强M型锚固件，M型锚固件具有非常大的强度，离冷面更近，锚固件在高温下承受温度较低，保证其高温强度。固定杆采用优异耐热钢与同质冲压蝶形片焊接一体，两根圆形固定杆预埋于模块之中，加大了承重面积，确保锚固件系统牢固。

Hengrui ceramic fiber module use the enhanced M-type anchors, which have greater strength, closer to the cold face. It can make sure the strength in high temperature. The fixed link was welding together with the high quality heat-resistance steel and stamping butterfly plate. The two round fixed link were embedded in the module system, enlarged the bearing area and ensured the firm of anchor system.
