伺服系统的组成
伺服系统可分为开环、半闭环、闭环控制系统。
具有反馈的闭环自动控制系统由位置检测部分、偏差放大部分、执行部分及被控对象组成。
1.4 伺服系统的性能要求
伺服系统必须具备可控性好,稳定性高和适应性强等基本性能。说明一下,可控性好是指讯号消失以后,能立即自行停转;稳定性高是指转矩随转速的增加而均匀下降;适应性强是指反应快、灵敏、响态品质好。
1.5 伺服系统的种类
通常根据伺服驱动机的种类来分类,有电气式、油压式或电气—油压式三种。
伺服系统若按功能来分,则有计量伺服和功率伺服系统;模拟伺服和功率伺服系统;位置伺服和加速度伺服系统等。
电气式伺服系统根据电气信号可分为DC直流伺服系统和AC交流伺服系统二大类。AC交流伺服系统又有异步电机伺服系统和同步电机伺服系统两种。
伺服控制器通过自动化接口可很方便地进行操作模块和现场总线模块的转换,同时使用不同的现场总线模块实现不同的控制模式(RS232、RS485、光纤、InterBus、ProfiBus),而通用变频器的控制方式比较单一。
伺服控制器直接连接旋转变压器或编码器,构成速度、位移控制闭环。而通用变频器只能组成开环控制系统。
伺服控制器的各项控制指标(如稳态精度和动态性能等)优于通用变频器。
4、设定位置控制方式下定位完成脉冲范围;
5、本参数提供了位置控制方式下驱动器判断是否完成定位的依据,当位置偏差计数器内的剩余脉冲数小于或等于本参数设定值时,驱动器认为定位已完成,到位开关信号为 ON,否则为OFF;
6、在位置控制方式时,输出位置定位完成信号,加减速时间常数;
7、设置值是表示电机从0~2000r/min的加速时间或从2000~0r/min的减速时间;

伺服驱动器均采用数字信号处理器(DSP)作为控制核心,可以实现比较复杂的控制算法,实现数字化、网络化和智能化。功率器件普遍采用以智能功率模块(IPM)为核心设计的驱动电路,IPM内部集成了驱动电路,同时具有过电压、过电流、过热、欠压等故障检测保护电路,在主回路中还加入软启动电路,以减小启动过程对驱动器的冲击。功率驱动单元首先通过三相全桥整流电路对输入的三相电或者市电进行整流,得到相应的直流电。经过整流好的三相电或市电,再通过三相正弦PWM电压型逆变器变频来驱动三相永磁式同步交流伺服电机。功率驱动单元的整个过程可以简单的说就是AC-DC-AC的过程。

按用途和功能分:
(1)进给驱动系统:是用于数控机床工作台坐标或刀架坐标的控制系统,控制机床各坐标轴的切削进给运动,并提供切削过程所需的力矩。主要关心其力矩大小、调速范围大小、调节精度高低、动态响应的快速性。进给驱动系统一般包括速度控制环和位置控制环。
(2)主轴驱动系统:用于控制机床主轴的旋转运动,为机床主轴提供驱动功率和所需的切削力。主要关心其是否有足够的功率、宽的恒功率调节范围及速度调节范围;它只是一个速度控制系统。

服驱动器用户参数设置
1、参数No.02:设置驱动器控制方式为“0”———位置(脉冲)控制方式;
2、参数No.25:设置指令脉冲分/ 倍频分子为“10000”;
3、参数No.26:设置指令脉冲分/ 倍频分母为“1000”;
4、参数No.29:设置指令脉冲输进方式为“3”——— 选择脉冲串指令输进及符号输进。
留意:在位置控制方式时,通过对No.25及No.26参数的设置,可以很方便的与各种频率的指令脉冲源相匹配,以达到用户理想的控制分辨率(即:角度/脉冲)。因二者的值差异过大会造成控制精度下降,所以推荐设 置No.25/No.26(即:电子齿轮比)为:1/50< 电子齿轮比<20。

直流主轴驱动装置
直流主轴电动机的结构与永磁式伺服电动机不同,主轴电动机要能输出大的功率,所以一般是他磁式。为缩小体积,改善冷却效果,以免电动机过热,常采用轴向强迫风冷或采用热管冷却技术。
直流驱动装置有晶闸管和脉宽调制PWM调速两种形式。由于脉宽调制PWM调速具有很好的调速性能,因而在数控机床特别是对精度、速度要求较高的数控机床的进给驱动装置上广泛使用。而三相全控晶闸管调速装置则在大功率应用方****有优势,因而常用于直流主轴驱动装置。
交流主轴驱动装置
主轴伺服提供加工各类工件所需的切削功率,因此,只需完成主轴调速及正反转功能。但当要求机床有螺纹加工、准停和恒线速加工等功能时,对主轴也提出了相应的位置控制要求,因此,要求其输出功率大,具有恒转矩段及恒功率段,有准停控制,主轴与进给联动。与进给伺服一样,主轴伺服经历了从普通三相异步电动机传动到直流主轴传动。随着微处理器技术和大功率晶体管技术的进展,又进入了交流主轴伺服系统的时代。
