供应变形铝合金板材固熔炉时效炉生产线（T4&T5)

本生产线是对A6061变形铝合金板材进行开卷固溶、清洗、矫平、时效等工序，从而得到稳定均匀的热处理质量和良好外观为目的。
板材的规格范围：厚度：4mm～140mm；宽度：900～1600mm；长度：7000mm；板材重量约4.31吨（铝合金6061的密度为2.75g/cm³）
生产线的生产能力为1000吨/月以上。

本生产线的特点：
1.采用单导环滚底式运送方式，简单可靠，便于维修，并彻底解除了热膨胀带来的影响。工件从溶体化炉处理完了到完全浸入水中时间少于15秒，确保产品质量；
2.采用热风循环方式，提高了传热效率及炉气温度的均匀性，炉内工件实体温差精度可控制在±5℃以内；
3.采用PID-OFF控制方式，升温均匀，节能效果好；
4.炉体采用夹层结构，中间衬入绝热纤维，并在纤维层间夹入铝箔。从而大大提高了炉体气密性，并减少了散热损失；

5.充分利用排烟余热，将溶体化炉排烟导入时效炉内，从而可使时效炉大幅节能；
6.可处理铝合金各种型号、规格、尺寸的板材：轮毂、活塞、气缸盖、进气歧管、泵体等铝合金部件，并可具有除砂功能；
