◆用于光伏组件铝边框的自动组框。

◆规格尺寸自动调整，小组框尺寸500x600mm，大组框尺寸1200x3000mm。

◆随机配带冲刀模具（根据型材规格定制）。

◆所有气动元件全部采用进口品牌，确保设备高性能。

◆进口品牌控制系统，控制台可移动，操作方便。

◆组角的液压压力可调整，通过调节压力溢流阀,可以调整需要的压力,从而达到铝边框更好的冲压效果.通常压力在0Mpa—15Mpa范围即可.

◆采用液压缸、液压导向系统、刀座、汽缸为整体结构，液压缸体内部为缸及活塞，外部与导向系统紧密配合，达到伸缩自如，运行平稳准确，维修方便，设计紧凑合理，刀、刀座、角块全部采用数控设备加工，确保加工精度，从而达到液压压角的高质量。 

◆滑动托板采用特殊双重锁紧结构设计，有效防止长时间使用后的间隙存在，确保设备精度和使用寿命。

◆It adopts hydraulic cylinder 、hydraulic director system、knife-plane、air cylinder,inside of hydraulic cylinder contains cylinder and piston,outside coordinates with director system,so it will make elastically, stably,easy-maintaining.compact and reasonable design, cutter、knife-plane、hornblock are made by cnc machine to make sure the precision and good quality.

◆Sliding support plate adopts special double-locking structure design, it can avoid the interval when wong a long time, to make sure the precision and useful life.
