三、进口直通式隔膜阀简介：

 

德国洛克《DE LOCKE》进口直通式隔膜阀, Straight through diaphragm valve，也叫直通式隔膜阀，是指结构形式与闸阀相似，直通的阀体通道，利用膜片的上升和下压来实现阀门的开启和关闭，专项使用于控制非腐蚀性或一般腐蚀性介质，阀体内腔表面无衬里或覆有可供选择的各种橡胶、适用于不同工作温度和液体管路的隔膜阀。直通式隔膜阀没有堰，流体在阀门内腔直流，基于这一特点，它特别适用于某些粘性流体、水泥浆以及沉淀性流体。直通式隔膜阀相对于堰式隔膜阀来说，隔膜的行程较长。因此，这种结构使隔膜选择合成橡胶材料的范围受到了限制。

 

直通式隔膜阀的流体通道是直的，因此流体损失更小，磨损更小。在低压时增加了隔膜偏转和应力，但也导致了较低的压力额定值。

 

Inlet through diaphragm valve, Straight through diaphragm Valve, also called through diaphragm valve, refers to the valve body channel with the structure similar to the gate valve. It uses the rising and falling pressure of the diaphragm to open and close the valve. It is specially used to cool the non corrosive or general corrosive medium. The inner surface of the valve body is unlined or covered with various kinds of rubber that can be selected, and it is suitable for the diaphragm valve with different wong temperature and liquid pipeline. The straight diaphragm valve has no weir and the fluid flows directly in the valve cavity. Based on this feature, it is especially suitable for some viscous fluid, cement slurry and sedimentary fluid. Compared with weir diaphragm valve, the stroke of diaphragm is longer. Therefore, this structure limits the selection of synthetic rubber materials for diaphragm.

 

The fluid channel of the through diaphragm valve is straight, so the fluid loss is smaller and the wear is smaller. Increased diaphragm deflection and stress at low pressure, but also resulted in lower pressure ratings
