一、进口卫生级隔膜阀优点：

1.无菌隔膜阀独特的密封结构，杜绝了卫生死角，有利于介质自动排空和更利于CIP/SIP流程。

2.无菌隔膜阀根据其结构特点：推荐15~30角度安装(根据不同规格而定)，有利于阀门清洗后完全排泄，不易造成液体滞留阀门内部。

3.阀体采用CNC准确加工，保证了阀腔的密封面与膜片孤度的吻合，减少了膜片的摩擦，延长其膜片的使用寿命。阀腔表面抛光可根据客户要求进行机械或电解抛光，抛光度可达到0.25um。

4.软性弹性材料制成的隔膜对于那些被纤维团、固体颗粒、催化物等污染的工作介质不会产生敏感的反应，一般来说也不会因此影响到阀门的工作和密封。根据工作或消毒的温度，以及工作介质的化学特性，可以选择不同材料。

5.由于不同工况下将选用不同类型的阀门和材质，在选择阀体和隔膜以前，必须对一个产品的运用进行分析，尤其针对化学医药方面的运用，和高温所导致的化学反应。通过有效的化学数据或相关人士认证，对材质的适宜性进行检测。以此确保产品的使用安全性和长期有效性。

6.典型的隔膜固定方法为螺钉固定。与开孔固定形成对比，这种固定方式将受力面积分散至螺栓整个表面上，这是以防真空条件下，破坏隔膜的机械连接。

（3）The valve body adopts CNC precision machining, which ensures that the sealing surface of the valve cavity is consistent with the isolation of the diaphragm, reduces the friction of the diaphragm, and prolongs the service life of the diaphragm. The surface of valve chamber can be polished mechanically or electrolytically according to the customer's requirements, and the degree of polishing can reach 0.25um.

（4） The diaphragm made of soft elastic material will not produce sensitive reaction to the wong medium polluted by fiber, solid particles, catalysts, etc., and will not affect the operation and sealing of the valve in general. Different materials can be selected according to the temperature of work or disinfection and the chemical characteristics of the wong medium.

（5） Because different types of valves and materials will be selected under different wong conditions, the application of a product must be analyzed before selecting valve body and diaphragm, especially for the application of chemical medicine and the chemical reaction caused by high temperature. Through effective chemical data or expert certification, the suitability of the material is tested. So as to ensure the safety and long-term effectiveness of the product.
