u  产品特性

1.无需通电，直接浸泡即可与黄金相似的色泽.生产成本较之电解着金色低廉。

2.颜色具优良的耐磨、耐蚀及耐候性；耐光牢度大于8级。

3.适用于建筑铝型材染金色.

JB-C03：   15～25g/L

u  控制参数

JB-C03 ：15～20 g/L   温  度 ：40～50℃

PH值  ： 4.8～5.1     时间   ：  1～15min                        

u  维护和管理

1.每天检测槽液中JB-C03浓度并根据分析结果及时补加调整；处理100m2约消耗JB-C03：0.8～1.2Kg。

2.正常生产时PH值呈上升趋势，每天需检测一次PH值，并用草酸调整至工艺范围内；如PH值偏低则说明带入酸水过多，需控制染色前水洗PH值≥4.5。

3.不生产时须加盖槽液以防污染；并把PH值下调至4.5且每班检测一次PH值，以防PH值过高（≥5.5）导致有效成分分解。

4.长期生产槽液或多或少会有沉淀物产生，要定期过滤或倒槽清理沉淀物。

u  包装、贮存及保质期

25kg纸箱装；避光、避碱、轻放、密封置干燥，阴凉处，防止泄漏。室温存放1年。

u  Maintenance and cool

1.Analyse the bath solution and add to adjust bath condition. Consumption of JB-C03 is 0.8 to 1.2kg per 100m2 of aluminum surface treated.

2.PH value will increase during production hence daily inspection is essential and can adjust by adding oxalic acid. The PH value of rinsing water before coloring should be coolled at≥ 4.5 to prevent dragged over water affecting PH value of dying bath.   

3.Bath should covered if not running production and reduce PH value to 4.5. Daily inspection required and if PH value increased to ≥ 5.5 will lead to decomposition of active ingredients.

4 White precipitation will occur after some time and should be removed.

 

u  Packing and Storage

25kg carton pack；Protect form heating, avoid alkali, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and  prevent   leakage. The product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature.
