u  产品特性

1.封孔质量高，不起粉；特别适合铝氧化厚膜（20～30um）料的封闭处理。封闭后失重≤20mg/dm2

2.槽液稳定性好，耐污染能力强，维护方便。

JB-S03：5～8g/L

u  控制参数

Ni²⁺：0.8～1.5g/l   PH：5.5～6.5

温度 ：50～70℃    时  间  ： 0.8～1.2um/ min                        

u  维护和管理

1.每天检测槽液中的Ni2+浓度及pH值；并根据分析结果及时补加调整。处理100m2约消耗JB-S03：0.2～0.3Kg。

2.正常生产时PH值呈上升趋势，每班需检测一次PH值并用稀醋酸/稀硫酸调整；如PH值偏低则说明带入酸水过多，需控制染色前水洗PH值≥4.5，此时需用稀氨水/稀氢氧化钠调整。

3.长期生产槽液或多或少会有沉淀物产生，要定期过滤或倒槽清理沉淀物。

u  包装、贮存及保质期

25kg纸箱装；避光、避酸碱、轻放、密封置干燥，阴凉处，防止泄漏。室温存放1年。

u  Maintenance and coolling

1.Detection of the bath conceation of Ni²⁺ and PH value, according to the analysis results to adjust and add; the JB-S03 of consumption is 0.2～0.3Kg for each 100m² treatment.

2.PH value will rise during production and should be measured regularly. Low PH value indicates too much dragged in acidic solution and should be adjusted with ammonia water or sodium hydroxide. Adjust with Dilute acetic/sulfuric acid if PH is too high. 

3.White precipitation will occur after some time and should be removed.

 

u  Packing and Storage

25kg carton pack；Protect form heating, avoid acid and alkali, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and  prevent   leakage. The product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature.
