u　维护和管理　

1、生产过程中根据生产量补加JB-D04，正常情况下每生产一吨铝材约消耗JB-D04：3~5kg。

2、操作过程中尽量避免带入过多脏杂物，污染槽液，建议每月清理槽底一次。

u　包装、贮存及保质期

25kg塑料桶装；避光、避酸、轻放、密封置干燥，阴凉处，防止泄漏。室温存放1年。

u　Maintenance　and　cool

1、JB-D04　chemical　should　be　added　depends　on　the　aluminium　profile　quantity.　Under　normal　situation,　every　one　ton　of　aluminium　profile　consume　3～5　kg　of　JB-D04.

2、Avoid　foreign　particles　into　the　tank,　regular　cleaning　of　the　tank　is　essential.

u　Packing　and　Storage

 

25kg　plastic　bucket；Protect　form　heating,　avoid　acid,　keep　sealed　in　a　dry,　cool　place　and　prevent　leakage.　The　product　shelve　life　is　1　yearunder　room　temperature。
