JB-D02三合一清洗剂　

u　产品特性

1.三合一除油剂由活性剂，除膜剂，光亮剂等组成，充分脱去铝材表面的油脂和自然氧化膜。

2.取代常规硫酸脱脂，获得洁净，光亮的活性表面，水洗后可直接进行阳极氧化。

3.除油后的铝材表面光亮度高于常规除油剂，抑制白斑，点腐蚀。

u　维护和管理　

1、生产过程中根据生产量补加JB-D02，正常情况下每生产一吨铝材约消耗JB-D02：4~6kg。

2、控制参数：游离酸：30～80g/l、铝离子：≤10　g/l

3、操作过程中尽量避免带入过多脏杂物，污染槽液，建议每月清理槽底一次。

u　包装、贮存及保质期

25kg塑料桶装；避光、避碱、轻放、密封置干燥，阴凉处，防止泄漏。室温存放1年。

1.Applicable　as　degreaser,　removal　of　oxidized　film,　and　as　brightener.　

2.No　need　to　setup　a　new　bath,　add　directly　into　current　degreasing　bath.

u　Maintenance　and　cool

1、JB-D02　chemical　should　be　added　depends　on　the　aluminium　profile　quantity.　Under　normal　situation,　every　one　ton　of　aluminium　profile　consume　4　～　6　kg　of　JB-D02.

2、Coolling　parameter,　free　acid　：　30～8　0g/l,　aluminium　ion　：　≤10　g/l

3、Avoid　foreign　particles　into　the　tank,　regular　cleaning　of　the　tank　is　essential.

u　Packing　and　Storage

25kg　plastic　bucket；Protect　form　heating,　avoid　alkali,　keep　sealed　in　a　dry,　cool　place　and　prevent　leakage.　The　product　shelve　life　is　1　year　under　room　temperature.
