一、开槽参数 (tank set up parameters)
DBR-101：30～50 g/l
二、控制参数 (coolling parameters)
游离酸 (free acid) ：3 - 8%
铝离子 (aluminium ion) ≤10g/l
常温 (normal temperature)
时间 (time) ：1～3min
三、维护和管理 (maintenance and cool)
1、生产过程中根据生产量补加酸性脱脂剂，一般情况下每生产一吨喷涂料消耗DBR-101：4－6kg；平光料消耗DBR-101：3－5kg。
The chemical should be added base on the volume of aluminium profile. For clear anodizing, the consumption of DBR-101 is 3kg to 5kg per ton; for coated profile, consumption is 4 – 6 kg per ton.
2、操作过程中尽量避免带入过多脏杂物，污染槽液，建议较好每月清理槽底一次。
avoid foreign particles into the tank, regular cleaning of the tank is essential.
