铝合金K金着色添加剂

一、开槽参数 (tank set up parameters)

高锰酸钾 （Potassium Permanganate）：10~15g/l

试剂硫酸 Sulfuric acid (Reagent)        ： 20～30g/l

DBR-606                            ：     20～25g/l

二、控制参数 (coolling parameters)

高锰酸钾(Potassium Permanganate)  10～15g/l

游离酸（free acid)    ： 22～28g/l

温度（Temp）： 20～25 ℃   电压（Voltage）： 10～18 V                              

时间（Time）： 30 s 以上（30S～10min）

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and cool)

1.每天检测槽液中的高锰酸钾和游离酸浓度并根据分析结果及时补加调整；处理100m2约消耗DBR-606：0.8～1.2kg。

Detection of the bath conceation of potassium permanganate and free sulfuric acid , according to the analysis results to adjust and add, the DBR-606 of consumption is 0.8～1.2kg for each 100m² treatment.

2.在使用过程中，槽底部有沉积物产生，它不影响着色液的使用，槽底沉淀物应定期清理；不生产时须加盖槽液以防污染。

When in the use , the bath bottom  also produce sediment , but not affect the use of colored liquid, sediment of bath bottom should be cleaned regularly. Covered the bath to prevent contamination when stop producing.
