一、开槽参数 (tank set up parameters)

DBR-703：5～8g/L

二、控制参数 (coolling parameters)

Ni2+：0.8～1.5g/l      PH：5.5～6.2

温度 (Temperature) ：50～70℃

时间 (Time) ： 0.8～1.2um/ min                       

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and coolling)

1.每天检测槽液中的Ni2+浓度及pH值；并根据分析结果及时补加调整。处理100m2约消耗DBR-703：0.2～0.3Kg。

2.正常生产时PH值呈上升趋势，每班需检测一次PH值并用稀醋酸/稀硫酸调整；如PH值偏低则说明带入酸水过多，需控制染色前水洗PH值≥4.5，此时需用稀氨水/稀氢氧化钠调整。

The PH value rising when producing, it should measured PH value and used Dilute acetic / sulfuric acid  adjusted; rinsing acidic water is brought too much if the PH value is low, it need to cool the rinsing water PH value ≥ 4.5 before dying color. Need to use dilute ammonia water / dilute sodium hydroxide to adjust.

3.长期生产槽液或多或少会有沉淀物产生，要定期过滤或倒槽清理沉淀物。

Producing bath will produced more or less white precipitate for a long time, need to filter or reverse the sealing solution.
