DBR-705：8～10ml/L

PH：5.3～5.8

温度 (Temperature) ：85～95℃

时  间 (Time) ： 1.0～1.5um/ min                         

三、维护和管理 (maintenance and coolling)

 1.每天检测槽液中的DBR-705浓度及pH值；并根据分析结果及时补加调整。处理100m²约消耗DBR-705：0.5～1.0kg。

Analysis the solution conceation of DBR-705 and PH value, according to the analysis results to adjust parameter. DBR-705 of consumption is 0.5～1.0Kg for each 100m² treatment.

 2.正常生产时PH值呈上升趋势，每班需检测一次PH值并用稀醋酸/稀硫酸调整；如PH值偏低则说明带入酸水过多，需控制染色前水洗PH值≥4.5，此时需用稀氨水/稀氢氧化钠调整。

The PH value rising when producing, it should measured PH value and used Dilute acetic / sulfuric acid adjusted; the acidic water is brought much the PH value will decline, it need to cool the rinsing water PH value ≥4.5 before dying color. In this case, need to use dilute ammonia water / dilute sodium hydroxide to adjust.

   3.长期生产槽液或多或少会有沉淀物产生，要定期过滤或倒槽清理沉淀物。

Producing bath will produced more or less white precipitate for a long time, need to filter or reverse the sealing solution.
